Contact and sourcing enquiries
The contact and sourcing forms prepare an email to Basillia Europe BV. Selecting “Prepare email” opens your email app with the details you entered. You must send the message from that app to reach our team. The website does not submit your enquiry to a web server or save the form in browser storage. Career expressions of interest use the same process.
After you send an email, your email provider and our team handle it as correspondence. We use the information to respond to your enquiry. Please include only details relevant to your request. Contact us if you would like to discuss access, correction or deletion of information you have sent.
Website delivery
The hosting provider may process connection and request details, including your IP address and the requested URL, to serve and protect the website. Infrastructure request logs may be recorded. Preparing an email does not create a website submission record.
The website assistant
The assistant uses scripted responses stored in the website. Your messages are not transmitted to an AI provider or retained after you leave the page.
Interactive technology
Farm readings, farmer profiles, traceability journeys and environmental estimates in the interactive technology experiences are illustrative, rather than live operational records. Animations run while visible. When Google Maps is enabled, the browser requests scripts and imagery from Google, which receives the locations being viewed. This website does not include advertising trackers.
External links
Some pages link to external resources for additional context. Opening an external link takes you to that organisation’s website, where its own privacy practices apply. No live social-media embeds are loaded here.
Product and company information
Product availability, specifications and regional supply arrangements require confirmation from our team. Certification marks identify their respective schemes; validity and scope depend on the underlying documents. Career enquiries are expressions of interest and do not indicate an advertised vacancy.
